What Is Communication

Communication is the process of passing information and understanding the same from one
person to another through a common system of symbols. Thus, communication means to
understand information, facts or opinions of someone.

Business Communication

The process of transferring information from one person to another within and outside the
business environment call as “Business Communication”.

Business or Organizational communication includes formal and informal communication, among


their employees and stakeholders both internally and externally.

Good communication is a core function in business world.


Now a days communication channels are rapidly increasing
and need for connectivity between a leader and their
employees is in high demand. Effective workplace
communication is based on interpersonal, professional
relationships that are developed through a keen awareness

situation appropriate body language.

Proper communication reduces the conflicts by developing
