Dear Mr. Russel,

Please accept this letter as notice of my immediate resignation, I will be unable to come into
work starting tomorrow.

I know that this is sudden, but we’ve been processing our insurance papers lately for our
money claim at Malayan Insurance at Binondo, Manila. I haven’t had much time on processing
our requirements. And this is VERY IMPROTANT for us. That’s the reason why I wanted to have
a day-off tomorrow. But on the other hand, I will be staying at Manila for a while and spend
time with my family there. I would like to take this chance to thank you, for the opportunity you
have given me, as well as for the support that you have provided to me during my time working
with you. I wish you both great successes going forward.

If you could send any outstanding wages, it would be greatly appreciated.

I will miss working with the rest of the DPA.
