A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE SCHOOL READING PROJECT

HELPER

WHEREAS, there is a need to support the implementation of the K-12 Basic Education Program of the
Department of Education (DepEd) in its mandate to produce productive learners equipped with
essential competencies and skills for lifelong learning.

WHEREAS, there is a call for the whole school community for a concerted efforts to help readers
develop their reading skills.

WHEREAS, there is a need to strengthen the Department of Education Every Child a Reader Program
(ECARP) to make each learner proficient and dependent reader.

WHEREAS, there is a call for the Communication Arts club officers and members to adopt and assist
in the implementation of the existing reading project HELPER.

WHEREAS, there is an initiative of the Communication Arts club to conduct and facilitate the related
various activities in reading in cooperation with the existing reading program of the school.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on motion of Kiana Claire C. Berbal, Communication

Arts Club Treasurer, and of which was duly seconded by Denise Claire G. Banaston, Communication
Arts Club G12 Representative TO ADOPT THE SCHOOL READING PROJECT HELPER.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to adopt the school reading project Helper.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the implementation will take effect on November 2023.
