Clearspring Pasta Umami Ecológica Fermentada con Salsa de Soya, Koji y Jengibre (Organic Japanese Umami Paste
with Ginger) is traditionally fermented with soya sauce and koji. The vegan paste can be mixed with olive oil and lemon
juice for an umami salad dressing or served with vegetable sticks as a satisfying savoury dip. It retails in a 150g pack
