Subject: An application for considering the daily fine.

Sir,
I am a student of your university currently studying in B.B.A. Department. In your university at
7th semester. My father is an employees of “Hotel Razmoni Ishaka” Due to some of the
difficulties he faced in this month he couldn’t submitted the titune fee on time. But he has
assured me that it will not happen again. For the late titune fee I will have to pay 900tk extra.

So, I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to understand my situation and grant
me "the permission of the daily fine."
