Dear IFMSA-Egypt Family,

On behalf of KMSA Kafrelsheikh Team of Officials, it’s with my utmost pleasure

to present you our proposal to host IFMSA-Egypt First Term GA For the term
2021/2022, inviting you to your second home, KMSA Kafr Elsheikh.

It is the second time for Kafrelsheikh to host a national event. Hence, we are
honored to welcome you all in our humble city. We spared no effort to make
this unforgettable memory to all of you. All members of KMSA Kafr El-sheikh are
working tirelessly to make this GA exceed your expectations.

In this proposal, we are providing you with all necessary information. If you

About Kafr Elsheikh

Kafr El Sheikh is an Egyptian city and the capital of Kafr El Sheikh
Governorate, Egypt, about 110 km north of Cairo, in the Nile Delta of lower
Egypt. Kafr el sheikh is one of the oldest cities in Egypt since pharaohs.
We have Kafr El-Sheikh Museum which collects very rare pharaonic pieces. In
addition to lots of gardens, Restaurants and Café.

About KMSA
KMSA is Kafr El-sheikh Medical Students’ Association. It is an Associate member
of IFMSA-EGYPT which is a Full member of IFMSA.
It is a short great run lead by so many professors and highly motivated members.
KMSA was established around 2015, Along these years, many junior colleagues
were involved in the journey of KMSA. Keeping track of all these juniors was a
hard job. So many people moving into KMSA and a few moving out of it into
some place of our wide universe. These junior colleagues have become our
inspiration and give us the motivation to continue our journey.
These colleagues had become the energy that feeds our souls and the hand that
pushes us towards further achievements and success.

Venue
Kafr Elsheikh Social Club
Kafr -Elsheikh club is Kafr el-Sheikh biggest sports club located in the middle of the
city with a social department where the GA will take place.
The Venue provides 8-10 halls with movable chairs, monitors, projectors, fans,
and air conditioning suitable for parallel sessions and the plenary hall is air
conditioned and all the facilities are provided for the plenary.

Infection Control
Due to COVID pandemic, A detailed infection plan is developed to ensure
the safety of all delegates.

Preliminary Infection control plan:

➢ We would have Infection control Coordinator in the OC to make
sure that all precautions are taken during the GA.
➢ The hall fits more than the expected attendees. So, Social
distancing is Applicable.

➢ Masks are obligatory during the GA.

➢ Hand sanitizer is provided all the time.

➢ Food, Merchandise and Logistics would be served safely.
