    the estimated cost by using Unit Evaluation Method.
    SOLUTIONS
    cost per pupil of schools = RM 1,000/pupil
    No of purposed pupils = 500 pupils
    TOTAL COST (RM) = COST PER UNIT X NUMBER OF UNIT
    TOTAL COST (RM) = RM 1000/Pupil X 500 = RM 500,000.00

    beds that ABC Berhad need in this construction is 450 beds From previous
    project, cost of construction hospital is RM 100,000,000.00 (number of beds is
    1000 beds). Estimate the cost ABC Berhad needs in this project.
    SOLUTIONS
    SOLUTIONS Cost for 1 bed = RM100,000,000.00 /
    Cost for 1000 beds = 1000
    RM100,000,000.00
    = RM 100,000.00 per beds
    Proposed bed = 1000 beds
    Then, cost for 450 of beds:
    = RM 100,000.00 x 450
    = RM 45,000,000.00
