5. Particulars of Information required :

I humbly request you to provide me the following information,

1. Names, Official Addresses of Tahsildars worked in Sakleshpur Taluk, Hassan
District, Karnataka State during the period of 2003-2022. Specify the years (2003-
2004,…, ... 2008-2009… etc. till 2022) with names of the Tahsildars.
(a) Please provide the present post and official address (if promoted to higher
posts in revenue department, government of Karnataka) of the Tahsildars
served in Sakleshpur Taluk in the above mentioned period (in between 2003 to
2022).
(b)If any one of the Tahsildars who worked in Sakleshpur Taluk during the period
2003-2022 retired from the government service, please provide me the present
residential addresses of each officials with the name of the last post from they
retired.
2. Names, Official Addresses of Village Accountants worked in Kasaba Hobli (in
charge of Kumbaradi Coffee Estate Village) of Sakleshpur Taluk, Hassan District,
Karnataka State during the period of 2003-2022. Specify the years (2003-2004,
…,…., 2008-2009… etc. till 2022) with names of the Village Accountants.

(a) Please provide the present post and official address (if promoted to higher
posts in revenue department, government of Karnataka) of the Village
 Accountants served in Kasaba Hobli (in charge of Kumbaradi Coffee Estate
Village) of Sakleshpur Taluk, Hassan District in the above mentioned period
(in between 2003 to 2022).

(b) If any one of the Village Accountants who worked in Kasaba Hobli (in charge
of Kumbaradi Coffee Estate Village) of Sakleshpur Taluk in the said period
(2003-2022) retired from the government service, please provide me the
present residential addresses of each officials with the name of the last post
from they retired.
3. Names, Official Addresses of revenue inspectors worked in Kasaba Hobli (in
charge of Kumbaradi Coffee Estate Village) of Sakleshpur Taluk, Hassan District,
Karnataka State during the period of 2007-2022. Specify the years (2003-2004,
…,.., 2008-2009… etc. till 2022) with names of the revenue inspectors.

(a) Please provide the present post and official address (if promoted to higher
posts in revenue department, government of Karnataka) of the revenue
inspectors served in Kasaba Hobli (in charge of Kumbaradi Coffee Estate
Village) of Sakleshpur Taluk, Hassan District in the above mentioned period
(in between 2003 to 2022).
(b) If any one of the revenue inspectors who worked in Kasaba Hobli (in charge
of Kumbaradi Coffee Estate Village) of Sakleshpur Taluk in the said period
(2003-2022) retired from the government service, please provide me the
present residential addresses of each officials with the name of the last post
from they retired.
Notes:
1. The purpose of information sought in this RTI Application is to approach the
Honorable Karnataka Lokayukta, Bangalore and Honorable High Court of Karnataka to
avail legal remedies & legal actions as per law as I and my siblings are aggrieved by the
manipulations of revenue and land records of Kumbaradi Coffee Estate Village, Kasaba
Hobli, Sakleshpur Taluk done by the authorities of revenue department, Government of
Karnataka.
2. The year pertain to information sought in this RTI Application is in between 2003
to 2022. Note that different officials worked in different terms in between 2003-2022,
so specify the official names with the year with which they worked separately.
3. If the information sought in this RTI application, kindly transfer this application
to the concerned authority as per section 6(3) of RTI Act 2005.
