CONSENT JUDGEMENT/DECREE

BY CONSENT of all parties, the Plaintiffs represented by COUNSEL

JANET NAKAKANDE, the 6th, 9th, 10th, 13th, 15th, 16th and 17th
Defendants represented by COUNSEL TUSIIME DOREEN
MWIJUKYE AND COUNSEL NUWAGIRA GERALD, COUNSEL
ESEZA SENDENGE for the 3rd Defendant, COUNSEL BAKIDE
MUBIRU for the 8th Defendant, COUNSEL KENNETH TUMWEBAZE
for the 2nd Defendant, COUNSEL MUHAME DAVID for the 14th
Defendant IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND DECREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Plaintiffs hereby withdraw CIVIL SUIT NO 2829 of 2015

and all the Misc. Applications arising there under.

2. That the first Plaintiff hereby withdraws CIVIL SUIT NO 049

of 2015 against MR MWIJUKYE RONALD AND MR
KATUNGYE VINCENT at Entebbe Chief Magistrate’s court
which is also incidental to this main suit.
 3. The Plaintiffs by signing this consent hereby authorize the
removal /withdraw of all the incumbrances/caveats on the
Defendants’ respective Land tittles.

4. Each defendant shall move the Registrar of tittles for purposes

of removal of the said incumbrances (caveats) in (3) above.

5. That the Plaintiffs shall meet the costs of removing the caveats
which they lodged on the defendants Land Tittles and this
shall be done by depositing the money equivalent in court.

6. The Plaintiffs shall by this consent not interfere with the

defendants’ quiet possession of their respective properties
forming part of the suit land / property and are precluded
from bringing the same matters against the defendants in
courts of law whether jointly or severally.

7. That each party shall bear its own costs of the suit and all
applications arising thereunder.
