With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are
pleased to appoint you as Tele Caller Officer on the following terms and conditions:-

1. Your initial place of posting will be at our Noida Office.

2. You will be reporting to our Sales & Marketing Department.

3. Salary: Annual gross starting salary of 66,000 /-, paid in monthly installments by your
choice of check or direct deposit
a. You will be on probation for a period of Six Months from the date of joining.
b. If you do not receive Confirmation Letter on completion of 6 Months, You shall
assume that your probationary period has been extended till further information.

4. During probation period, your services shall be terminated without giving any
notice/reasons whatsoever. However, after Confirmation of your services, One Month
Notice shall be given on either side at the time of leaving the organization or terminating
your services.

5. In case of suppression of any Material facts/ at any Point of time during your services with
the company, if any information provided by you in the CV or any documents submitted by
you in support of the same is found incorrect, your services are deemed to be terminated
with immediate effect and legal action will be taken as per the company policy wherever
necessary.

6. While serving the Company, you shall work diligently and work devotes the whole of your
efforts exclusively to your duties with the company. You shall not engage yourself directly
/indirectly without the prior consent in writing of the company, with or without
remuneration in any trade, business, Occupation, employment, services or consultancy nor
shall you undertake any activities which are contrary to or in consistent either with your
duties and/or obligations under this appointment or with the Company’s interest.
7. Absence for a continuous period of 2 days without prior approval of your supervisor
would be treated as abandonment of service and can lead to your services being
terminated without notice. In such an eventuality the company reserves the right to
recover from you, all expenses incurred with regard to any training and development,
special education, up skilling or on the job training imparted by the company or damages
suffered by the company due to loss of billing up to Rs. 1000 & three month salary .

8. The company will be working 6 days a week, ten hours a day. You will be expected to
attend office – except while traveling on business – as assigned to you by your supervisor
and as per applicable laws in force.

9. The Salary will be subject to performance , it can be hold by employer .Company has
reserve the right to hold the salary of employee on the ground of not performance or on
the any breach of service

10. You will be entitled to two working days leave per month subject to provided in writing
and prior approval by the company.

11. You will be eligible for other statutory benefits as admissible from time to time.

12. Your services are liable for transfer from one station to another station in India, wherever
we have the business interests and also from one company to another company of the
group.

13. You shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the company.

We advise you to report for joining the service to Branch in-charge on the receipt of this
letter within15 days from the date of issue of the letter at the following address:
