Write down your appointments and events.
Consider color-coding these according to person
or type of event.

Cultivate a list of meal ideas for the month. Write


these down in your planner. DO NOT assign them
to a day. This is just a list of ideas! Don’t forget to
think through breakfasts, lunches, and snacks, too
- not just dinner.

Review your goals and select ONE habit goal


and/or ONE project goal to work on this month.
Break these down into action steps - one per
week.

Write out a list of projects you’d like to focus on


for the month. Consider categorizing this list into
home, work, and personal.

Write out your schedule for the week, beginning
with things that have a firm time frame.

Assign meals for each day of the week. Pull these


from your monthly meal ideas list! Write these into
your planner. Check your fridge/freezer/pantry to see
what ingredients you may need to add to your
shopping list.

Create a master to-do list for the week. Consider


categorizing this list into home, work, and personal.

Take stock of your goals, and fill out your habit


tracker for the week. Write out the things you want to
be practicing (habit goal), along with the things you
want to accomplish (project goal).

In light of these plans, think through and write


down your priorities for the week, along with the
things you want to be praying about.
