    MRI RIGHT ELBOW


     Signal intensity alternations hyper intense on STIR WI seen olecranon
    process of ulna-----edema. Mild joint effusion is seen .
     Skin,subcutaneous fat plane edema seen just posterior to olecranon
    process.
     Rest of the visualized muscles and neurovascular bundles, tendon,ligaments
    are normal with preserved myofascial fat planes. Ulnar nerve appears normal.

    IMPRESSION:
     Signal intensity alternations hyper intense on STIR WI seen
    olecranon process of ulna-----edema. Mild joint effusion is seen .
    Skin,subcutaneous fat plane edema seen just posterior to olecranon
    process.
