TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE:

NOTICE TO PASSENGER
• Rider should reach departure location at least 15 minutes prior to departure time.
• Cold Shot is not responsible if you do not show up on time for the departure.
• At the time of boarding, please carry a Government-issued photo I.D.
• Only the person(s) whose name is on the ticket will be admitted.
• No bus is wheelchair accessible. No bus is equipped with a washroom.
• All persons under the age of 15 must have a signed permission from their parent/guardian to travel.
• Children of 2 years of age or older or children using a car seat, must purchase a separate seat.
• Schedules and times can be affected due to severe weather conditions.

ON BOARD POLICY
• Illegal activities while travelling are prohibited. These include consumption of alcohol, violent behaviour, Unruly conduct, damage to property, and
carrying illegal drugs.
• Smoking in any form is not allowed inside the vehicles.
• Pets are not allowed inside vehicles.
• The passengers must maintain acceptable behaviour and not discomfort other passengers and the staff of Cold Shot.

BAGGAGE
• A rider is allowed to carry three (3) pieces of baggage in total. The first one is free. Second, third baggage will attract an additional fee of $10 each.
• Baggage Liability limited ($250.00) for loss or damage howsoever occasioned whether through the negligence of its agents, employees, or otherwise for
each ticket holder unless a greater value has been declared at the start of the trip. LIABILITY MAY BE INCREASED as per Carrier's Tariff.
• Issuing Carrier will be responsible only for any transportation on its own lines in accordance with tariff regulations and limitation and assumes no
responsibility for any acts or omissions of others occurring within or outside Canada.

CANCELLATION/REFUND
• All tickets are, by default, non-refundable.
• If a Rider has opted for the $4.95 refundable ticket option, a cancellation and refund can be sought.
• In case of a request for refund, we need a notice at least 24 hours prior boarding time, for us to process the request. The same holds true for
rescheduling.
• A refund will be made after deducting the $4.95 fee. A refund amount takes a minimum of 2-4 working days to reach a rider's bank account.
• Rescheduling can only be done in the name of the ticket holder.
• Rescheduling can only be sought once.
