B. Dyna-7 Transmission

Prerequisites
• Do the calibrations for the clutch pedal, the ranges (T1), the clutch (T2), the Powerboost (T3) and the
inclinometer (T4).
• Lift the four tractor wheels to prevent any risk of accident.
• Do not push the clutch pedal and the brake pedals.
• Disengage the differential lock and the rear PTO clutch.
• Engage the front axle.
• Set the transmission to manual mode.

1. PowerShuttle Test Procedure


Before starting the procedure
Remove the rear right wheel.
Remove the protection guard.
Connect the diagnostic wiring harness ACT005397A to X1032 - Transmission Connector 2.

X1032 is connected to:


• Electro Valves and Powershift sensor
• PowerShuttle solenoid valves
• Solenoid valves and creep speed sensors
• 4WD sensor - Lubrication pressure switch
(1) Wiring harness connector X1032 -

of the transmission.

Procedure

1. Set the ignition key in the accessory position and measure the power supply to the sensors.
2. Connect a multimeter set to V DC to pin 11 (voltage) and pin 16 (ground).

Procedure

1. Connect the diagnostic wiring harness ACT005397A to X1032 - Transmission Connector 2.


2. Start the engine and set the speed to 1150 rpm.
3. Measure the current piloting supplied to each solenoid valve in reference to the gear engaged.

sensor) in reference to the range engaged.
