B. Dyna-7 Transmission

Prerequisites
• Do the calibrations for the clutch pedal, the ranges (T1), the clutch (T2), the Powerboost (T3) and the
inclinometer (T4).
• Lift the four tractor wheels to prevent any risk of accident.
• Do not push the clutch pedal and the brake pedals.
• Disengage the differential lock and the rear PTO clutch.
• Engage the front axle.
• Set the transmission to manual mode.

Procedure
1. Set the ignition key in the accessory position and measure the power supply to the sensors.
2. Connect a multimeter set to V DC to pin 11 (voltage) and pin 16 (ground).
5. Measure the output frequency between pin 4 and pin 16 (G17 - Powershift output speed sensor) in
reference to the different ratios.
6. Measure the output frequency between pin 7 and pin 16 (G10 - PowerShuttle speed sensor) in
reference to the different ratios.
Set the ignition to OFF and harness on the cab side disconnected from diagnostic wiring harness
ACT005397A.
Measure the resistance of the solenoid valves.

Procedure
4. Measure the output frequency between pin 7 and pin 16 (G10 - PowerShuttle speed sensor) in
reference to the different ratios.

Procedure
3. Start the engine and adjust the engine speed to 1150 rpm.
4. Measure the output frequency between pin 8 and pin 16 (G47 - Theoretical forward speed sensor) in
reference to the different ratios.
5. Measure the voltage of the position sensors of the guide rods between pin 12 and pin 16 (G45 -
Range 2/4 or 1/3 position sensor) and between pin 13 and pin 16 (G44 - Range 3/4 or 1 / 2 position
sensor) in reference to the range engaged.

Procedure

if the measured value is incorrect.

Prerequisites

Procedure

Procedure
3. Start the engine and adjust the engine speed to 1150 rpm.
4. Measure the output frequency between pin 8 and pin 16 (G37 - Theoretical forward speed sensor) in
reference to the different ratios.
5. Robotic gearbox
Measure the voltage of the position sensors of the guide rods between pin 13 and pin 16 (G34 -
Range 2 / Range 4 position sensor) and between pin 12 and pin 16 (G35 - Range 1 / Range 3 position
sensor) after upshifting.
6. Measure the voltage of the position sensors of the guide rods between pin 13 and pin 16 (G34 -
Range 2 / Range 4 position sensor) and between pin 12 and pin 16 (G35 - Range 1 / Range 3 position
sensor) after downshifting.

Procedure
1. Start the engine and adjust the engine speed to 1150 rpm.
2. Measure the electrical current to each solenoid valve in reference to the gear engaged.
3. Coupleur
Measure the sensor voltage between pin 7 and pin 16 (G33 - Range 1 / Range 2 couple position
sensor) in reference to the gear engaged.
Set the ignition key to OFF position and harness on the cab side disconnected from the service tool
ACT005397A.
Measure the resistance of the solenoid valves.
Procedure
2. Measure the electrical current supplied to each solenoid valve when downshifting.
