JOB DESCRIPTION OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

1. Role Definition

Human Resource Manager is the one who is responsible for making ISYS
Softech (P) Ltd and premier employment destination for the top talent of
medical billing industry. The HR manager will be the one who will manage
employee engagement programs, recommending and designing
improvements to employee relations policies and making sure that all
employee related policies in each department is aligned with corporate
goals. The HR manager will be charged with reducing employee turnover
and attracting top talents to fill open positions.

2. Major Responsibilities and deliverables


 Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee
support to each staff member
 Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new
employees to the corporate culture
 Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive
team each month and make recommendations to improve the
company’s current offerings
 Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional
resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws
and regulations
 Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee
support to each staff member
 Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine
methods for improving overall employee satisfaction

3. Qualification
 15 years of Experience in HR Department with Masters in Management
with preference of Medical Billing Industry /BPO sector/ IT.
