C H A P T E R 1 : The Throw Away Punch
This section teaches you how to create openings, lead & retreat. Counter punching will follow.

6:52: Lead with Throw Away and Offensive Strike, Retreat with Counter combination. Finish with a Hook and swoop motion to

control your opponent's positioning: Throw the 4-5-4-Spin opponent, 3 add the 1-1 (up jab, down jab)

11:25: Feint high with the right hand, dip and strike the liver

12:20: Throw away right hand, Hook to the body and back up to the head with the hook and double jab

13:00: Bending Knees while throwing punches

13:46: Knuckling up and walking the floor

15:00: Throw away punch options while leading with left hand- Right uppercut or straight right to stomach

16:08: Feint to the body with a throw away hook and back up to the head

17:30: Feinting lead punches and striking punch pads- starting with left hook body feint and striking the head

18:35: Next, starting with a right hand, feint to body and cleaning with left hook head shot

C H A P T E R 2 : Peek-A-Boo Bar Drill
41:01 Learning how to slip and counter under and also over the top of a jab

1:03:25: ROUND 5: You will now add an Uppercut to this compilation. It looks like this on our punch number chart 2-7-5 and add

the weaves. Rake and Rip from the Left

1:06:00: ROUND 6: This round guides us to an optimal Body Attack. You will deliver the Jab, Slip over then deliver a Left and

Right Hook the body simultaneously

1:08:45: ROUND 7: Now we are going to add an Uppercut after the Right Hook to the body.

1:09:00: Mike Tyson’s favorite KO punch combination -Rake and Rip from the right side. A technical manner in which to deliver

the following moves after the Rip and Rake combo 1-7-8-5

CHAPTER 4 : Heavy Bag Training Continued:


1:12:03: ROUND 8: Next in line is the famous Kamikaze combination. This is known as a finishing move and all great fighters

should possess this technique. Here is what it looks like in our punch number chart. 1-7-8-7-8-5-3-6-3 weave and hop around to

angle an add the 4-3-2. Or add the right hook triple left hook. This is known as Aka the Venom Circuit.

1:14:29: ROUND 9: Throw Away punch circuit. First throwing the right hand away to the body in the manner in which we walked

the floor and deliver the hook to the head. Stay bob and weave focused.

1:16:21: ROUND 10: Will consist of another throw away set. This one will consist of the feint low to the body with hook and strike

up top to the head. Great combo if you’ve had success early to the body.

THE "X-BOX"

CHAPTER 5 : Slip Ball Training | Biomechanics

1:19:48: ROUND 1: Here you will learn the technique method of the slip ball using the X BOX

1:22:00: ROUND 2: Adding Head Pops & Hop Steps to execute proper footwork combinations. Starting from one head pop up to

four or even 5.

1:24:44: ROUND 3: Put it together to develop a rhythmic offensive attack on your imaginary opponent using the slip ball drill .

This will consist of Head Pops, Hop Steps, weaves Step Arounds and Inside combinations. Keep the X-BOX method in play during

this drill

1:27:29: COACH'S INSIGHT: The importance of using the slip ball and the necessary focus and techniques to pull it off properly.

1:28:41: ROUND 4: Punch Pads with the slip ball Starting out with a Jab drill. Be conscious of weaving under the ball as you

approach the target mitt. Head pops will allow you to keep great movement while punching.

1:29:20: ROUND 5: Adding Uppercuts. Here you will learn how to use head movement to position yourself for offense on the

inside. You must be cautious when retreating to prevent from being struck. Slips, weaves and side hops will be recommended in

this section.

1:30:30: ROUND 6: Body shot drill using head slips and pin point strikes. Here you will deliver shots off of good footwork hops

and throwing punches from head to body and vice versa.

ROUND 7: This round will offer up body to head combinations. Weaving in and weaving out after delivering head shots and

crispy body shots

CHAPTER 6 : Punch Pads

1:38:16: ROUND 1: Here you will learn how to inflict accumulative damage using carefully chosen punch combinations out of the

Peek-A-BOO style. Starting with a 3 punch combination and working your way upwards. 45-55% damage to the body drill

1:35:00: ROUND 2: We will inflict much more damage on this go around. Our objective is to deliver a serious 5-7 punch

combination to the body before taking the head and rattling it with hooks. Here we will accumulate between 65-75% damage to the

body.

1:36:59: ROUND 3: This is where we execute our finishing move which is the Rake and Rip combo made famous by Mike Tyson.

The most viscous body head combination ever out together.

1:37:00: COACH'S INSIGHT: Tips for executing this combination before, during and after it is released.

1:38:16: Cutting off the ring tactics and principals.

1:39:00: ROUND 4: Rake and Rip at full speed

1:39:54: ROUND 5: Defensive slip drills for Peek-A-Boo defense. This method will allow you to avoid punches while finding the

perfect lane to make your move to deliver a punch combination on the inside or on an angle.

1:40:17: ROUND 6: Here we show attacking the body off of the Hop Step with a variety of body shots

This concludes the Peek-A-Boo Punch Performance Clinic.
