10-Point Research Plan
1. High Schoolers, perhaps counseling/ teaching/ therapy work.

2. What factors can influence one’s personality to shift in a pandemic?

3. I hope to acquire and apply this understanding to everyday life when interacting with
others.
4. I have taken a couple psych classes that had focus on personality as well as sociology and
studying communities. These courses touched on neuroscience and the brain lightly.

5. I hope to further my understanding through some neuroscience courses and more

personality studies. With a touch on ethics as well and more sociology.

6. I can partake in studies and social experiments to help further my studies.

7. My previous professors at PCC as well as my mom (she’s a psychotherapist) who went

through a similar college path as mine. She has many connections as well.

8. UCLA, UC Berkeley, Stanford are top institutions, (couldn’t find names).

9. Ideal research would be in a community or small group study, as well as analyzing data.

10. The feeling of solving and coming out on top with an answer is the “thrill” of
researching, even if the work is stressful or tough to push through. The intrigue will be a
drive to further my research.
