Z Axis Anti-collision Switch Replacement and Calibration

Procedure

1. Open the right and top cover on the wire panel (dismount the wire panel if need).

2. Remove the old anti-switch and install new switch.

3. Connect the cables to the anti-collision switch.

4. Adjust the gap between anti-collision and plate (0.4mm) and then fix it on the switch support.

5. Lay the cable follow the picture hereunder and connect to connection plate behind Z column.

6. Recover all the covers.
