PETITION

Petitioners, to the Register of Deeds of Quezon City, respectfully allege

1. Petitioner Ramilito M. Alipio in of legal age US citizen, and a resident of 4520 Golf Ridge Drive,
Elkton, Florida 32033 USA.

2. Petitioner Maria Lourdes M. Alipio in of legal age, US citizen, and a resident of 433 Chamberlain
Drive St. Augustine, Florida 32086 USA.

3. Petitioners are represented by Ma. Benilda B. Espino who is of legal age. Filipino, and a resident of
Villa Carmen, Brgy. Mt. View, Mariveles, Batman Copy of her SPA is attached as Annex A .

4. Petitioners are among the registered owners of a parcel of land in Quezon City covered by TCT No.
N-289475.

5. Annotated on the said title is the two-year lien covered by Sec. 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court
which was annotated on May 8, 2006.

6. The two-year period provided for under Section 4, Rule 74 for the filing of claims against the estate
of the deceased already lapsed without any claim having been filed, thus, the necessity of canceling the
said annotation.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, and by virtue of the provisions of LRC Circular No. 119 of the
Land Registration Commission, it is most respectfully prayed that the annotation pertaining to Sec. 4,
Rule 74 of the Rules of Court on TCT No. N-289475 be cancelled without any judicial pronouncement.
