PETITION

Petitioner ________ unto the Honorable Office, most respectfully

states: THAT

1. The Petitioner is single, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of

Baybayin, Rosario Batangas.

2. The Petitioner is the son of the deceased ______ who is the

registered owner of a parcel of land covered by Transfer Certificate of
_____. Copies of the death certificate of _____, Live Certificate of Birth of
the Petitioner and Transfer Certificate of _____ are herein attached and
marked as Annex “A” to Annex “C”.

3. The Petitioner obtained the above-cited property via intestate

succession.

4 Annotated on the Transfer Certificate of ________ in the portion

for Memorandum of Encumbrances are two entries of the two year lien
covered by Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, to wit:

a. Entry No. _____- annotated on December 20, 1973; and

b. Entry No. ______- annotated on May 7, 2013.

5. The two year period for the aforesaid entries covered by

Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court for the filing of claims against the
estate of the deceased have already lapsed without any claim having been
filed, thus the necessity of cancelling the aforementioned annotations.

PRAYER
 
WHEREFORE, premises considered, and by virtue of LRC Circular
No. 119, Petitioner most respectfully prays unto this Honorable Office for

the cancellation of the annotations pertaining to Section 4, Rule 74 of the
Rules of Court on Transfer Certificate of Title No_____
