The following authorities shall be discharged by this office:

1. Get full access of information of all students secured in confidentiality by guidance

counselors;
2. Recommend Guidance and Counseling programs/activities proposed by the guidance
counselor for approval;
3. Supervise, monitor and evaluate Guidance and Counseling activities/programs conducted
by guidance counselors;
4. Prescribe interventions to guidance counselors for students with serious problems;
5. Recommend/refer counselee who need further professional assistance to other
professionals;
6. Call for case conferences, dialogue or any appropriate forum relative to counseling service.
