IN-TEXT CITATION

It is an acknowledgement you include in your text whenever you quote a source. It usually gives the author’s last name,
the year of publication, and the page number where you found the relevant text. (APA citation)

It helps a reader understand which sources you are quoting or referring to in your writing.

When you paraphrase (in your own words) ideas or information from a source cite the source by adding an in-text
citation at the end of the paraphrased portion. https://otis.libguides.com>in-text
