Report / Things to be implemented towards Infrastructure

1 To install posters on the wall informing outsiders and guests what we are doing.
2. Who are our prime customers.
3. How many offices / centers we have globally & where are we located.

4. To replace office damaged chairs and desks.

5. To change the carpet (It should not be expensive but the quality matters).
6. The unnecessary stuff lying in the office premises must be removed.
7. Cats are roaming on the floor must be kept away.
8. Kitchen and Pantry area must be kept neat and clean (Before and after the lunch).
9. Both the offices need to be cleaned thoroughly and the unnecessary stuff must be
kept in a store.
10. IT equipment’s need to be cleaned properly / cleansing must be done. (It looks that
the equipment’s are never cleaned at all since beginning and most of the items looks
filthy, including the useable machines are not properly covered or locked) kept without
any plastic cover / lock n key.

11. There has to be a proper reception area (the requirement is for the items to be
reasonably priced while maintaining a presentable and professional appearance.)
12. Daily cleaning must be mandatory and it must be checked.
13. Floor is cleaned and walls are ok but it can be better.
14. Meeting room, Offices, Kitchen / Pantry area needs white wash / paint.
15. Small office next to floor with the cubicles (for 4 people) is very dark some lights
must be added, also it requires paint.
