Please consider this letter as my intent to apply for a teaching position in your
established institution. I was told by Mr. Leslie Martin that you are looking for
teachers in your prestigious school. Given my qualifications, I believe that I am
qualified to teach in your school.

I graduated as a Cum Laude last June 2022 from Mindanao State University – Iligan
Institute of Technology with bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education major in
Filipino and this year I am planning to take the Licensure Examination for Teachers
in this coming September 2023.

Though I haven’t had a teaching experience yet, I believe that I am ready to take
the responsibilities of a teacher as I have already equipped myself with skills and
learnings which I have gained through the series of lectures I attended in the
graduate school as well as my experience as an Intern Teacher during my last days
in College.

I chose to submit my application in your institution as Mr. Leslie Martin told me that
you provide a very good opportunity to your teachers to hone their skills and to
improve themselves by participating in various professional development workshops
and trainings in and out of the school. I believe choosing what is best can bring out
the best in people like me who want to improve continuously.

I am hoping that you will give me an opportunity to have my first teaching experience
in your reputed school.
