- tell her about some houses for rent in your area;
- suggest some shopping places nearby;
- and tell her when you are available.

Read the following extract adapted from a newspaper article about young
Vietnamese’s trend of moving out of their parents’ house.

In the past many young Vietnamese moved out of their parent's house after
getting married, but now many choose to leave earlier. They want to have their
own place to be more independent. For this reason, there has been a sharp
increase in the number of single people looking for apartments in the last few
years.

Write an essay to an educated reader to explain the advantages and
disadvantages of moving out of parents’ house. Include any relevant examples
to support your answer.
