JS Bank is inclined to implement Digitally Innovative means for customer interactions. Keeping
this idea in view, “Credit Card Statement” feature has been added in the “JS Bot” WhatsApp
service suite which aims to provide improved access and better customer experience.
Currently JS users call JS helpline to request for credit card statement. This service will enable an
instant solution and provide ease to customers, facilitating JS Bank credit card users to avail their
JS Credit Cards Statements via JS Bot.
To provide JS Credit Card holders an efficient and convenient way to access their credit
card statements without the need to physically visit branches nor make phone calls.
Now JS bank credit card holders directly avail from the JS bot (WhatsApp).
It will enable users to request their credit card statements, specify card preferences, and
receive statements instantly through the interactive JS Bot interface.
It will enhance customer engagement and satisfaction by offering a seamless and user-
friendly experience.
This endeavor aligns with the bank's objective to streamline and simplify the banking
experience.
