Organic Stabilizer for

Hydrogen Peroxide Bleach

STABILOL P is a highly efficient organic stabilizer for the alkaline bleach with Hydrogen
Peroxide. Specially in under-liquor-bleaching and Solmatic bleaching, STABILOL P shows
its excellent effects.

The high stability against electrolytes allows highly concentrated feeding liquors in
wet-on-wet processes.

1.5 4.0 g/l NaOH (100%)
15 40 ml/l Hydrogen Peroxide
Reaction Time 30 45 Minutes
Reaction Temp 85 C
Wash-off 85 95 C

3.0 5.0 ml/l Hydrogen Peroxide
Start at 30-40C with all products. Now you have two options:
a) Heat up during 45 minutes to 120C then 20 minutes bleach at this temperature.
b) Heat up during 30 minutes to 90-95C then 45 minutes bleach at this temperature.
Cooling down to 80C and drain. 10 minutes rinsing with SECURON 540 at 80C.
Repeat rinsing twice. Neutralize with Acetic Acid at 40C.

HANDLING AND STORAGE

Storage stability: At least 12 months under normal conditions.

Product solidifies with continuing frost. Change reversible by
heating and stirring
