Lanasyn Black M-DLN 120

The Lanasyn M range consists of 1:2 Metal Complex dyestuff dyestuffs for the dyeing of
Polyamide fibers and wool. They generally show a high wetfastness level on both fibers. Their
combinability is limited, therefore shading with similar coloured elements is recommended.

Scope of application

As a neutral black element Lanasyn Black M-DLN 120 is recommended as main element for
high wet- and lightfast anthracite and black shades. Proven also in printing on PA, wool and silk.
Can also be used in the carpet sector for lightfast black shades. Due to its good reserve
Lanasyn Black M-DLN 120 is applied advantageously on PA sportswear and for PA/EL and
PA/CEL fibre blends.

Lanasyn Black M-DLN 120 is mainly used as self shade but also as combination element for
dark shades within the Lanasyn M range. Ideal shading elements are: Lanasyn Yellow M-2GL,
Lanasyn Red M-G and Lanasyn Navy M-DNL. It can also be brightened with the elements of the
Lanasyn F range, on polyamide as well with selected Nylosan S dyestuffs.

Processing

On PA Nylosan N dyestuffs are dyed at 98C with constant pH from 4.5 - 6.

As levelling agent we recommend the use of 1 2 % Lyogen PAM liq. in pale to medium shades
and 0.5 - 1% Lyogen PAM liq. in medium to dark shades.

If necessary, we recommend the use of 1- 2 % Lyogen CN liq. as anti barriness agent.

The use of Nylofixan HF liq is recommended particulary on microfibers.

On Wool Lanasyn M dyestuffs are dyed at 98C with constant pH from 4.5 -5.5. As levelling
agent we recommend Lyogen NH liq.
