Identifying information:

Client is 18 years old. He is the oldest one in family. He got education till 2nd year. He is unemployed yet.
His father is 50 years old taxi driver and mother is 48 years old house wife. He grew in a nuclear family
setup. He is getting treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

Referal source presenting problem:

The client is reffered by doctor Mushtaq ahmad for session, complains include excessive worry, mood
swings, agressiveness amd anger issues also show anxiety in some situation.

Interview information :

According to client he was suffering from rheumatoid arthritis from the age of 16 years and getting
treatment as well. No history of psychological disorders and other medical disorders. He completed his
intermediat in mathematics and he was a compatible student. Got a very good track records of grades
and discipline. He started smoking at the age of 14 due to pear pressure and environmental influences.

His father is a taxi driver and struggling to feed his family, work more than 12 hours daily and only one
earner in the family. No history of medical treatment and psychological diagnosis as well.

Mother is house wife belongs to one of the old village of punjab 48 years old. No history of medical and
psychological diagnosis.

Behavior during session:


Behavior during test was little anxious and restless but was trying to cope with that, was speaking
little loud with little or no eye contact. He was enough cooperative and have almost full insight of his
problems , was little confused with test but after explaination he was able to answers all questions.

Psychological evaluation :

On CRI test the clients scores indicate that the coping response is by using approach oriented
strategies.

On BDI the test scores are 12 which indicates that the client has minimal depression and in BAI the
client score shows he has severe anxiety.

On TONI 4 the test results indicate that his intelligence aptitude abstract reasoning and problem
solving is equivalent to his original age 18 and scores are average in discriptive terms.
