Prologue
The above article caught my attention initially, because of its very poor & inadequate
translation (from Chinese to English). It sounded gibberish and perhaps something that
could be out of a Wuxia novel.

However, after putting some effort into understanding its content, it struck me that the
original piece in Chinese may well have been a well thought out training document/advice,
from someone who maybe, could actually do some of the “Shock Power” (SP) that the
article alluded to. Or at least has grasp the foundations of the practice.

Felt compelled (read intuition) to use this opportunity and pull together many strands of
ideas & practices in this sphere. Mainly to create a high level overview roadmap (Vision)
and revision of past personal practices.

Connecting the dots…in uncharted terrain

Value of Pursuing SP skills?

One might question, so what about being able to produce SP?


1. Its functional use in today’s modern world must be extremely limited, given its
unarmed martial context.

2. Sadly to say, even the Masters that have mastered this skill ( rare), mostly pigeon
hole, restricted its application and its use for Martial Arts.

From personal experience and if we comprehend the philosophy of the I Ching (Universal
Connectivity), then the generation of SP, Bio-electricity (BElec), is actually the next
frontier of our cutting edge, Human technology. It is through this mechanism we have
access to Universal Consciousness, (much like pre & post wifi and the internet), plug & play.

If nothing else we would have significantly enhanced our body and mind capabilities by
a significant quantum.

Since extensive comments have been made on the original translated piece, the writing in
BLUE are my personal additions & narratives.
The objective of our inputs is not to make this document into a training manual.

● Many important and critical sub-protocols have been omitted as it would make the
volume of material to read and comprehend unmanageable.
● The additional inputs may also evoke other readers to reconsider their own
practices and potentially make adjustments accordingly.
● There is no “black and white” way or method. The value is in the Practitioner
questioning his current training methods with the aim of maximizing their full
potential.

Dear boxer:

If you want to master the explosive and penetrating power of internal martial arts, you can
quickly get a complete breakthrough in traditional martial arts!

The reason is simple.

Shocking power and penetrating power are based on overall strength.

It is not to practice strength for the sake of strength, but to practice strength for the sake of
strength. It is useless to practice hard.
Difficult phrase to understand as the translation is badly worded. It probably means
strength in motion, Kinetic chain, as opposed to just big hard muscles that are localized.

It's hard to practice boxing, and If it's too hard it will


hurt your body.

As long as one person moves, and the whole body has


that meaning, it will work.

Stiffness and the pursuit of speed are two different


things.

Practicing strength should also conform to nature.

● In a relaxed and harmonious way, according to technical requirements, gradually pursue


the rigidity of up and down, inside and outside, and the overall formation. Structural
rigidity in motion - ExoSkeleton
● Experience the feeling of injecting strength into your body and practicing boxing.
Developing Awareness
● To practice boxing, you must understand the principle and significance of boxing,
otherwise it is no different from doing gymnastics.Practical Application

Power Generation
1. The overall force in motion. F = Mass x Velocity
2. The overall explosive power, that is, the center line of the power generator does not
deviate, but knocks down or knocks down the opponent. Vectors, focused, NOT
dissipated
3. The third type is the circular explosive force, that is, the impact force containing
bioelectricity. Kinetic Energy = ½ MV2

Impact of the above power


Based on the overall explosive power and electric shock, this power specifically strikes the deep
layers of the opponent's body, including the central nervous system of the brain.

Anyone hit by this force will immediately lose consciousness, such as getting an electric shock,
and their cheeks are pale and soft.

Most of the people who were fighting against each other were defeated by the cliff and could no
longer be beaten.The word Cliff seems like a poor translation. It may mean feeling “like
falling off a cliff” which is based on a common Taiji phrase, “lured into the abyss”

Relaxation - How to, in the Martial Context


The most basic of internal energy is root energy and relaxation:
After relaxation, root energy comes out, and with root energy, you can relax more.

Relaxation means self-confidence.

When you do what you feel comfortable with, you will relax.

If people have strong waists and legs, jump long, high, and move fast,
● they will avoid random fights with a punch,
● and they will certainly not feel nervous.

Once relaxed,
● the brain will be liberated,
● people will be healthy, and
● thoughts and mentality will change.

Strength (internal) makes a person calm and quick-thinking, which is far more effective and
valuable than (external/muscular) strength in combat.

The trick to "head-to-head" in my "Kung Fu" is to use strength.

● When I collide, my bones will turn.


○ It seems that two people have touched the bones.
○ In fact, I beat him up.

● As soon as the bone rotates, the lateral force2 becomes the longitudinal force3,
which is transmitted through the bone.
○ No matter how great the longitudinal force is, the bones will not break.
○ The opponent's bones will not move and will only be eaten.Broken?

The root of the leg is on the crotch, and the owner can cross the road without moving.
Binding the crotch to activate Lower?
When the body is heavy, the feet will go up, and there is no need to release the legs to
accelerate, and the strength is still great.
Development and activation of the lower Dantien. Key is probably able to sink Qi into it by
using Yi (and some physical abdominal action, Si Suk recommended a high pitch sound and
half a peeing action!).

The most important thing is that this kicking method can be kicked near the front of the foot and
far away from the foot.
It can feel strong at any distance and makes people want to stop.

It is difficult for people who do not understand internal energy to use their legs.

Even if they are strong, they will only swing their legs and feet.
A period of time before this, the opponent's bold step to the sky will be over.
At home, the legs are accelerated before getting up. Use of leg, Purple tendon lines to invoke
strength/power to the rest of the body structure.

People who want to kick,

● Their own home (Centre of gravity/attention, Yi?) should be as close to the gun
(armed Tendon?) as possible.
● Strong roots, strong hand speed, if there is divine help, everything will come true,
● kung fu is in the back,(it probably means spine of Grey tendon line)
● Unconsciously arrogant in the heart, when encountering problems, Brave
● (View)The enemy with your eyes are venomous,
● Not in a hurry, and

There are often heroic deeds achieved.

A little power is not just a foreigner sinking his palm to hurt people (Foreigner means untrained,
and full of malice),

● but a soft palm, (Soft is a relative meaning, soft as in inflated ball)


● full of strength and pure air, which can shock people.

On the other hand, it means the division of power.(without the above protocol/conditions
power will be dissipated, most likely through local muscular action which in
counter-productive)

Kung Fu fire is relatively pure, so a slight tremor does not reveal a sharp shape, which is fine.
Therefore, it is called viscous tremor4.

● This kind of power exerts yin and yang rejuvenation, which can make people leave the
ground at the same time.
● Doujin5 can break the opponent's hand with internal force in the first takeover.
● Doujin has a defensive function and can slide away in the future.

● The viscous tremor is the outward manifestation of Qi circulation.


● If the protocol is practiced frequently enough, the Qi will enter the bone marrow,
displacing the “yellow fatty’ substance.
○ Our capacity to generate blood and stem cells are increased greatly,
resulting in rejuvenation of our aging bodies.
● With even more intense practice, like bone breathing exercises, parts of the bone
marrow will coat the inside of the bone making it tempered, making it both hard &
yet flexible (not brittle).

At home, Kung Fu is based on looseness and softness.


When muscles are tense, they are relaxed, and nine out of ten seconds are relaxed.
For example, walking around, you will become more and more courageous, and stay up all night
without getting tired.

“Looseness and softness” may be slightly misleading, although they are conditions that
need to exist for the process to work.
● To achieve the above conditions, the mind needs to calm and breathe smoothly.
● The key objective in this case is to create evenness in flow of energies in our
body.
● When energy flows smoothly, the 5 Elements/energies will harmonize and fuse
together
The above, if done correctly, will enable the Practitioner to ‘alter’ the physical properties,
initially tempering, later superconductivity.

Looseness is hard to practice.


When you can't exercise the waist and hip muscles, you can't feel them.
How can you loose them6? Make the joints loose

● There are many muscles in the spine, especially the muscles near the waist and hip
joints.
● They were unaware of their existence before receiving training.

After training, they realized that there is also a movable place here, and their strength is infinite.

The power of internal strength comes from those thorns.

● The human body is a large spring, which is the muscle on the spine.
● These bones (joints) can open and close, and you can do righteousness with one
move,
● and you dare to bite when you encounter a tiger (Bravery)

Make the waist and hip joint loose

Dragon-shaped bone seeking emphasizes bone strength. This denotes the


spinal column
1. The buttocks, that is, the muscles on the lumbar spine and pelvis, can exert force,
2. The waist and hip joints can open and close.
3. After the bones and ribs of the whole body are penetrated,
4. The Dantian force can reach all parts of the body without internal friction. Means Qi
energy from Lower Dantien, can move freely through the body

Usually people don't feel the presence of muscles in the pubic area, unless they sprain their
waist, but after training, they will realize that the strongest strength lies in the human body's
deadliest joints. Increasing Awareness?

● This is the strength and true instinct of primitive beasts.


● The amazing speed, power and coordination of tigers and leopards in hunting start from
these parts.
● With this kind of strength as a backing, a scholar's academic qualifications dare to go to
the battlefield.

Xinquan talks about dragons and tigers.7


The strongest place of this dragon and tiger is the spine and waist and hips.
How can you not be strong if you have the power of the dragon and tiger?

1. The spherical cavity under the abdominal diaphragm and on the pelvis is as elastic as a
ball (the work of the fascia) and as strong as a steel ball (the work of the bones).
2. So there is a pulse in the inner family, first is the opening and closing of the abdomen.
a. The so-called "one year killing" is because this part has undergone intensive
training from the beginning.
3. With the opening and closing of the pubic region, the joints of the whole body can be
opened and closed in coordination.

With the internal opening and closing, it can be said that the chest, back, and limbs can be
opened and closed externally.
● Without the opening and closing of the pubic area, the entire body will NOT undergo
changes.
● In any case, it is impossible to make endless waves.

If you don't do it well, it's easy to put your strength on your arms and legs, and it's not easy to
get deep into your heart (Xin).

The so-called inside is the range of disc strength, and the so-called outside is outside the range
of disc strength.

● The ultimate source of strength is the bone plate. Spinal discs?


● In ancient times, waist and hips were just general terms, but in fact they only referred to
the plate bones.
● It is to hit you with a plate bone. Hit FROM the spine?
● As long as a woman (Yin strength through Yi) knows how to open her hips, she closes
the beam with the plate bone (Contracts/squeeze/twist spine to increase density of
vibrations via Yi)
● and opens it to let her turn her hair (Release the Qi to the extremities, this is
inferred by her hair, through spiral action) and drive (through) the bones of the
whole body to attack.

Not surprising.

● The force of the plate bones is not visible from the outside, so the opponent was beaten
with broken limbs and arms.
● He still doesn't know what happened.

Learn to use disc bone movement to exert force (create vibration), and at the same time learn
how to exert force to penetrate the spine.

The disc bones drive the spine, and then the muscles and bones of the limbs become stronger.

The real internal force, the internal pressure is concentrated in the abdomen,

● the hip joint drives the lower body, So to move lower body move hips first?
● and the lumbar joint drives the upper body movement. How does this coordinate with
the ming men or it does not?

The key lies in the fatigue of the abdomen,

1. The tightening of the balance of the waist and abdomen muscles and the increase of
internal pressure, which provide strong internal support for the internal movement of the
lumbar spine.
2. At first glance, the tremor of the tail vertebrae is based on the pelvis as the wheel and
the spine as the axis. To have sensitivity of the coccyx requires a high level of
awareness?
3. The waist, abdomen, and thigh muscles rub against the pelvis, and the force rises along
the spine and is transmitted to the hands.

The overall feeling is that the force rises from the tail cone or the hip like a tornado, the leg
tendons are tightened, and the foot must grasp the ground, otherwise it will be supported by this
force.

To practice boxing, you must grasp the core, grasp the pelvis and spine,

● Don't mind your hands and feet.


● It is from this point that you can set the abdomen, compare the abdomen, twist the
waves and shake the power.
● Over time, when the spine is sensitive, you will understand what "the whole body is a big
dragon", and you will know what is behind the sensitivity, so that you can make enemies.
○ When there is sensation in the pelvis,
■ there is no mystery of the various abdominal techniques,
● but the exercise of various waist and abdomen muscles.
● These two places feel uncomfortable (the pelvis and spine?) so I don't want to make a
fist.
○ I have experience with friction in boxing.
○ I want to rub people when I meet people (release Qi, Fajing)

This is bone strength.

Believe in the above secret training method, if you thoroughly absorb and digest, and start to
practice hard, then...
You can already become a good outstanding warrior!
But if your desire for martial arts does not just stop at the level of understanding, you also want
to truly have a super combat ability!
Then I want to tell you…

"The best way to improve actual combat capability is..."

Immediately increase your punching power!

● Because only with the powerful punching power can you easily defeat every opponent in
actual combat!
○ However, how can we quickly increase the punching power and easily defeat
every opponent in actual combat?
● I suggest you learn the following items, so that you can quickly improve your punching
power technique...
"Inch fist apex force technique!"

No matter what kind of martial arts you practice, what school you learn from, no matter what
your actual combat experience, what fighting skills are...

The apex force of the inch fist... will immediately increase the power of your fist. Not too sure
what this technique refers to? Buce Lee’s one inch punch?8 Or is it more like fa jin9?

At the shortest distance and the most concealed way, you will punch with a super explosive
force!
The apex force of the inch fist... will let you in the fastest time...within 30 seconds!
● Completely activate your punching muscle chain, instantly open up the way of movement
in your body, so as to concentrate all your strength on one point...make the most
penetrating and explosive fist! Probably equates to arming & ALPS in Quanjit

Although it is not specific to any particular striking method, Fa Jin releases, issues, refines, or
discharges explosive power. Because it is less physical than external power, it is often associated with the
one-inch punch. The one-inch punch was demonstrated by Bruce Lee in 1964 at the Long Beach
International Karate Championships in 1964. This exceptional skill uses Fa Jin “bursts” to generate
tremendous impact force at extremely close distances. According to Joanna Zorya, “Bruce Lee once said
that the difference between a Karate punch and a Gongfu punch was that a Karate punch is like being hit
with a crowbar, while a Gongfu punch is like being hit by a metal ball on the end of a chain”.

● The apex force of the inch fist... will increase the hardness of your fist to the fullest,
so... you can quickly get the top punching force and become (use against?)any
opponent against you.

The nightmare of the practitioner!

In short, Inch Fist Vertex Force Technique... will allow you to easily produce punches that are
extremely painful to any opponent!

My Summary & Perspective


Let’s start by defining SP

Shock Power is something beyond an “expert" Internal Martial practitioner delivering Fa


Jin.
It can be said to be what seems to be an effortless delivery of Bio-electrical (BElec)
This transfer of BElec to the Opponent has almost the same impact of electricity
coursing through the nervous system, temporarily disabling the body functions.

What is the Gold Standard for BElec practice

From all the many internet & Youtube offerings and from personal experience, it has to be
said that the Practitioner that stands head & shoulders above in this field is John Chang
of the Mo Pai sect. His abilities are will documented

● Telekinesis
● Pyrokinesis
● Communication beyond our dimension (Spirits)

Outstanding Masters that we had personally encountered with SP included:

● Sifu Lee Koon Wah, Yueh Fei family style


● Sifu Leong, Wu Taiji
● Si Suk Rock, Wu Taiji

All 3 masters provided different aspects of the BElec capabilities,


● Sifu Lee was able to demonstrate the vibrating palm which left an scorched palm
imprint when used on the opponents’ skin
● Sifu Leong could “bounce” the opponent several feet away, just by hitting the
subject’s palms. He also could direct the BElec (Jing) to any part of the body
(joints) causing failure to it.
● Si Suk Rock’s strike to any part of the anatomy would momentarily disable the
subject's nervous system, sending a jolt to the hindbrain.

It must also be pointed out that the above 3 Masters would still relied somewhat on
Kinetic energy to make the energy transfer to the Subject. Whereas John Chang seems to
rely on pure BElec power

Last but not least Yogi Sreekumaran Nair Sreekumar, who taught us during our visit to
Kerala, India. He was able to demonstrate to us (through our personal experience) that
sound waves (mantras) in specific conditions had a direct and profound impact on our minds
(neural systems), in our case, NoMind experience.

My Conclusion based on personal training & observations

Having mastered the foundation of the “inch punch” and progressed to “zero inch”
capabilities the following are some of the pertinent points:

A) Structured Pathway - There is a progression/stages of refinement:

1. Using localized muscles ⇨ 2. Using Core body muscles ⇨ 3. Using Yi, Mind Intent

B) In all stages there is a process of developing the skill. However the content of the
process may defer. We can use the metaphor of electricity generation and distribution.

● Developing the Power Plant: Muscles, Qi or Yi


● Efficient Delivery system to the last mile: Bone, Sinew or Thought, focus
● Effective Point of contact: Newtonian metall balls concept, Bullwhip concept or
Wifi concept
○ The key is to create a super conductivity medium for the energy
transmission. This is based on the wave theory and the density of the issuing
and receiving medium for both Force and Kinetic energy. Hence toughening
the striking parts is vital as to prevent the energy bouncing back.
○ With external styles tampering the striking area through ‘iron palm’ process
is normally used. However for internal styles, the process is much slower.
■ We need to infuse Qi into that striking part and then be able to keep
the Qi locked in.
■ For this we need a well developed Yi, mind intent.

○ However when we are using BElec, the medium is different. It is the lining up
of the ions & molecules in a specific direction, +ve & -ve charges that is
important.
■ This is done through vibrations and wave frequencies in the medium.

C) AWARENESS is key, in all the stages.


One’s progress is directly related to this ability. It does not matter how we acquire this
awareness skill. Be it through meditation, Taiji push hands or just mindfulness training.

The above “Structured Pathway” will allow one to gauge at what stage they are at and
potentially a route map to where they would like to take their practice to.

Personal Practice - Where rubber meets the road, a pragmatic


approach to training.

1. Developing a physically healthy body is the foundation, for without health it is


difficult to make any significant progress.
a. Thieu Hang Gong (Suspended Isometrics) of Yue Fei Style is used
b. Actually it goes all the way, as I have personally experienced, the practice
had great depth and profound. Do it everyday.
c. In the beginning, some weight training can be beneficial. The basics of
deadlifts, curls and presses should suffice.
d. We probably are better off by training with a heavy weapon, be it a sword or
pole as it activates the full body.

2. Building the Power Plant


a. John Chang alluded to meditation with the fusion of Yin/Yang polarity.
b. The protocol is identical to Daoist cultivation, with the exception rather
than gradual tempering of the Lower Dantien, Mo Pai advocates a Super
Particle Accelerator approach
c. Fusion of Yin & Yang through compression and collision.
d. IF achieved, super charge energy is released, otherwise known as Kundalini
awakening.

3. Cabling for super charge, high Voltage energy


When Kundalini starts this is the dangerous part of the process. The quality of your
cabling must be able to withstand the power surge.

a. With high energy sourcing through our bodies, there is always a chance of
short circuit with sub-par conducting material.
b. The value of Qigong exercises like Tieu Hang Gong, in strengthening and
enhancing the delivery system should not be underestimated.
i. Hence the value of a healthy body with high specification for the
nervous system is imperative.
ii. Taiji 108 form, if practiced in the Quanjit mode, is probably an
excellent method. The ability to generate the energy and control it as
it courses throughout our bodies, makes it ideal.
1. However sadly to achieve it is beyond the capabilities of most
aspirants. This requires both diligence and good Karma to meet
the appropriate Masters.

4. Joints needs to be loosen


a. Level one is basic taiji or stance training.
b. However to progress significantly the method we used was the Dynamic Push
Hands routine. Sifu Leong always saw this as the apex of the training that
was done only with indoor Disciples.
c. This routine is an excellent method of activating & loosening the spinal
column.
d. For the other joints, the 4 Kinetic Hands used by Ma Yueh Liang (Wu
Shanghai school) is effective, once the spine has been activated (awareness).

5. Development of Yi, Mind intent


a. Initially, simple mindful practice is a good start. To make any serious
progress the practitioner needs to be really motivated. Doing it by yourself,
to achieve the level of motivation required is very,very rare indeed.
b. In our case, we were indeed extremely fortunate to have Yogi Sreekumaran
to facilitate the NoMind (Mushin) experience for us.

c. After that, practicing the relatively simple Taiji or Qigong exercises became
deep and profound. Persistence is a virtue in this scenario. With NoMind,
awareness increases by leaps and bounds, effortlessly.

6. Application Technique & Skills


a. Most, if not all Practitioners,
b. need to find a Guide especially to train in the BElec aspects. For without
one, it is highly unlikely success would be achieved. The Guide need not
necessarily be a Master, as they come in all shapes and sizes.

Finding a key to one door or a master key that opens every door
It is almost impossible to reach the heights of BElec generation without the master
key - High level of AWARENESS

Some broader Combat perspective on BElec’s Shock Power.


From a combat perspective striking is only one weapon within our arsenal. It is certainly
impressive when applied. However from a range of tactical weapons, it may not
automatically be the choice. There is a wide range of applications to choose from which
may include the following:

● Dimmak
● Sticky hands - Soft power control
● Taiji Emptiness, Lin Cong Jin
● Chin Na locks
● Throws
● Grappling

The range can be extensive. Especially if one or more techniques are used in combination.

This begs the question of using the Nuclear option (SP) in any situation. The ability to
“control” a large voltage once transmitted into the opponent’s body is minimal. The extent
of the damage will also depend on the Opponent’s health. Hence Wu Gong-yi made SiSuk
Rock promise not to fully arm till he reached 60 years old!
