Madurai invites Percentage bids under Two Cover System through Online only for the work
as detailed below.

Notes:
1. Tender documents are available online in the website https://
eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app from 27.12.2023 upto 30.01.2024 upto 15.00 hrs.
 2. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 11.01.2024 at 11.30 AM in the office of the
Superintending Engineer (NH), Door No. 5, Besant Road, Chinna Chokkikulam,
Madurai-625 002.
3. Last date for submission of Tender online on 30.01.2024 upto 15.00 hrs.
4. Bids through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, the online receipt of
payment in Bharatkosh portal towards cost of tender document, Receipt / document in
support of online payment of GST in favour of the Divisional Engineer (NH)
Thanjavur towards GST on cost of tender document, Bid Security, Power of Attorney
for signing the bid shall be submitted physically in original before the bid submission
date. Bidders failing to physically submit the original documents will be rejected for
participation in the tendering process for the above work. Please note that the Authority
reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the bids without assigning any reason
whatsoever.
5. Tender opening on 31.01.2024 at 15.00 hrs @ O/o the Superintending Engineer (NH),
Madurai.
6. If the date of opening of bids happens to be a holiday the bids will be opened on the
next working day at the same time and same venue
7. The contractor should be a registered 1st class contractor in Tamil Nadu
Highways Department with upto date renewal for the year of 2023-2026

8. The bidders must possess Digital Signature Certificate of Class II or III for submission
of bids through online.
9. Corrigendum/ Addendum, if any will be available only in the website https://
eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app further details and other conditions visit the website.

10. The amount of Rs.15,000/- towards the cost of tender documents should be paid in
favour of Regional pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad through Bharatkosh portal
http://bharatkosh.gov.in under head of A/c 1054 and proof of payment shall be
submitted with tender proposal. In addition, the bidder has to make payment of
Rs.2700/- towards 18% GST directly to GST department (GST Number
33CHEN02876G1D9 in favour of office of the Divisional Engineer, National
Highways, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu). Receipt / document in support of online payment
of GST to be submitted online on https:// eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app and original
copy to be submitted with hard copy of bid.

11. The bidders should produce the documents for own possession of sufficient
plants & machineries and current working Condition certificate for the plants
should be obtained from the Divisional Engineer (NH) Quality Control Madurai
and enclose the Original certificate along with the prequalification tender
Document for which certificate should be after the date of tender Publication.
