Silicones for Acrylic Resin Modification

Shin-Etsu can provide a number of products suitable for modification of various types of acrylic resins,
including water-based, solvent-based and UV-cure products. These function in various ways and can
be used to improve durability (by improving adhesion to substrates, light resistance and heat
resistance), for surface modification (e.g. by imparting water repellency and increasing hardness),
or for reducing viscosity or increasing fill factor (by improving dispersion of fillers).
