5. Conditions :
i) The insecticide shall be manufactured indegenously.
ii) The registration is subject to the strict compliance of various provisions of the Insecticides Act,
1968 as amended from time to time and Rules, bye-laws framed and notifications issued there
under and as amended from time to time.
iii) The registration certificate is further subject to such conditions which may be varied and
specified from time to time by the Registration Committee under section 9(3c).
iv) Non-compliance of the conditions set out herein before and hereinafter will entail action under
section 17 of the Act.
v) The insecticide shall have the composition (kind, name and percentage of the ingredients) as
given below :-

vi) The insecticides shall contain the maximum impurities as quantified/identified and submitted to
the Registration Committee.
vii) The Product shall confirm to the specification submitted by you and also to the IS vide No. and
amendment thereof as and when the same are formulated and published.
viii) A sample quantity of the insecticide being registered alongwith a small quantity of reference
analytical standard should be sent to the Director, Central Insecticides Laboratory, Directorate
of Plant Protection, Quarantine & Storage, N.H. IV, Faridabad, as and when required, for
verifcation.
ix) The shelf-life of the insecticide shall be two year(s).
x) A copy, each of the approved label and leaflet is enclosed. No change, addition, alteration,
modification or deletion with respect to the inscriptions on the lables/leaflets shall be done
without the prior approval of the Registration Committee.
xi) The labels and leaflets shall be printed by using letters that are BOLD enough for a man of
ordinary/normal vision to read them without any external help.
xii) The Registration Committee does not itself responsible for the use of trade name by you. The
use of the trade name shall be regulated as per the existing laws on the subject.
xiii) The licence should be granted subject to the conditions that the licensee shall comply with the
provisions of the Act and the Rules made thereunder and the conditions of registration for the
time being in force.
xiv) No licence to manufacture an insecticide shall be granted unless the licensing officer is
satisfied that necessary plant and machinery, safety devices, first-aid facilities, quality control
measures, the requirement laid down under Chapter VIII of the Rules, etc. exist in the premises
where the insecticide is proposed to be manufactured.
xv) Inspection of the manufacturing unit should be undertaken to collect in-process samples of the
insecticides. The samples should be analysed to verify the claims made by the licensee relating
to chemical parameters, and the report thereof should be submitted to the Registration
Secretariat within a period of six months.
xvi) No export should take place in contravention to the provisions of the Rotterdam Convention on
prior informed consent procedure for certain hazardous chemicals and pesticides in
international trade.
xvii) If a pesticide is banned or severely restricted in India, before exporting such pesticide,
permission from Designated National Authority for Pesticide of the Country under Rotterdam
Convention may be obtained.
xviii) Health records of Industrial workers may be maintained in Appendix E (conditions) of Form-III
as prescribed in the Insecticides Rules 1971. In case any untoward/adverse effect is noticed,
then the same may be reported to Registration Secretariat by the Licensing Officer.

xix) The registrant shall have to commence actual production of the pesticide within three years
from the date of issue of registration certificate and is required to produce a certificate from the
concerned State/UT Governments as a proof of production, failing which the certificate of
registration shall automatically lapse.
xx) In case of export, the packaging shall be as per the requirement of the importing country and
conforming to IMDG guidelines.
xxi) The registrant has to submit detail of Import/Export or indigenous manufacturing (as the case
may be) of this pesticide month wise mandatory to the Secretariat of CIB&RC as the case may
be. In case non compliance of this condition is observed this CR shall be cancelled
immediately without any Notice.
xxii) The product is registered for domestic use as well as for Export.
xxv) The product is registered for domestic as well as for export and in case of export primary
packaging shall be as per the requirement of importing country.
xxvi) The registrant should submit the revised label /leaflet and secondary packing (if applicable) and
shall comply with the conditions as envisaged in GSR 782(E)dated 14.10.2019 within stipulated
time period, otherwise their CRs will be treated as invalid.
Specific Conditions :
The product shall be used as Fruit rot, Powdery mildew Dieback disease on Chilli crop. Finished product
shall be imported in 216.5 liter capacity steel/metal drum (specification furnished). This shall meets the
minimum requirements as per UN No. 3082, packaging groups-III, hazardous class-9 and also meets the
specification of Israeli standard-2302. Imported material shall be repacked in 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml,
1 liter and 5 liter capacity HDPE containers as per IS:9754-1981 and IS:12512-1989 with suitable leak proof
and pilfer proof closer system. This shall be primary packaging. HDPE containers shall be further pack
into 5 ply CFB boxes as per IS: 2771 (Part-I) ±of capacity 5 liter and 10 liters. No other packaging
system shall be used without approval of Registration Committee.

Azoxystrobin 11% + Tebuconazole 18.3% w/w SC is a suspensible concentrate fungicide for control of fruit rot, Die back and powdery mildew
in Chilli; Downy mildew, Powdery mildew in Grape; Scab (Venturia ineequalis), Powdery mildew (Podosphra leucotncha), Premature leaf fall
(Marssonia coronaria) in Apple; purple blotch (alternaria porri) on Onion; Seath blight on Rice; yellow rust (puccinia striformis) in Wheat; early
blight (alternaria solani); early blight (alternaria solani), late blight (phytophora infestans) in Potato crop. This formulation is equivalent to
Azoxystrobin 12% + Tebuconazole 20% SC on w/v basis.

Caution :- The combination product is toxic to fish and aquatic organism therefore, not to be used near aquaculture.

Direction of Use

Take the measured quantity of fungicide and add to it a small quantity of water. Stir thoroughly using a stick or rod and then add remaining
quantity of water, stir well to from final spray solution.

Time of Application

To be applied preventively and to be repeated at 15 days interval depending upon prevailing weather conditions and disease pressure.

Precaution

1. During spraying wear suitable respiratory equipment.


2. Wear suitable protective clothing and chemical resistant boots.
3. Wear suitable gloves.
4. Wear chemical goggles or face shield.

Symptoms Of Poisoning

Irritating to eyes. May cause sensitization by skin contact.

First Aid

1. Inhalation: Remove victim to fresh air. Keep victim warm and at rest. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen obtain medical attention.
2. Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Wash out mouth with plenty of water. Rinse mouth before giving glass of water. Never give anything by
mouth to an unconscious person. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen get medical attention.
3. Skin Contact: Remove affected clothing and wash all exposed skin area with soap and water followed by warm water rinse. Consult a
doctor in the event of any complaints.
4. Eye contact: Wash off with plenty of water if pain persists, consult an eye specialist.

Phytotoxicity

Non phytotoxic when used as recommended.

Antidote

There is no specific antidote. Treat symptomatically and give supportively therapy.

Disposal Of Used Container

1. Empty containers should not be re-used.


2. Destroy the empty container after use and bury them ½ meter deep in soil away from habitation.
3. Surplus spray material or washings from machines and containers should be disposed off in a safe manner so as to prevent
environmental and water pollution.

Storage Conditions

1. Do not store consume food, drink or tobacco in areas where they become contaminated with this material.
2. Store the fungicide in its original pack tightly closed, away from the reach of children, irresponsible persons and livestock in a separate
room, away from the rooms used for storing foodstuffs, animal feeds and other articles, under lock and key.
3. The rooms or premises meant for storing shall be well built, cool, dry, well lit and ventilated and should be of sufficient dimension to avoid
contamination with vapour.
4. Transport the fungicide in such a manner so as not to come in contact with foodstuffs and animal feed.
