Air Pollution

3. The objectives: By the end of this lesson, student should
be aware of these points:
A. What is air and its importance?
B. What is air pollution?
C. The duty of individuals and the government to reduce
air pollution.
D. Development of the student’s 4 language skills
4. Warm-up: Finding out what students know about air.
5. Materials:
A. Student book and activities book
B. A chart for headlines
C. A small sketch explains what if there is no air.
6. Methods:
A. Listing what we will do in order
B. Starting with general ideas and then move on to details
C. Giving a few minutes of rest at the beginning, middle,
and end of the class
D. Ensuring the understanding of students for the objective
points
7. Assessment:
A. Answering the student book questions with students to
check their understanding
B. Achieving tasks and understanding information
measures the success of the teacher’s work
C. A small test for me to measure my knowledge in
arranging the lesson explanation points and absorption of
lesson parts.
8. Evaluation:
A. Students' responses and interaction are the main factors
in determining whether they understand or not.
B. Giving feedback on the pros and cons, praising the
strengths, supporting their progress, and mentioning the
weak points to improve.
9. Homework:
A. Lesson questions in the activity book
B. Preparing a simple project about the lesson
