2. Employment Terms
2.1 Effective Date: This Contract shall commence on ___________ and shall continue
until terminated by either Party in accordance with the terms herein.
2.2 Part-Time Status: The Employee is employed on a part-time basis and is expected to
work __________________________________________________
3.1 Hourly Rate: The Employee will receive an hourly rate of _____________________
5.1 Termination with Notice: Either Party may terminate this Contract with at least 2
weeks notice in writing to the other Party.
5.2 Termination for Cause: The Employer may terminate the Employee's employment
immediately for cause, including but not limited to gross misconduct or violation of
company policies.
6.1 Confidentiality: During and after the termination of employment, the Employee
agrees not to disclose or use any confidential information belonging to the Employer.
6.2 Non-Competition: The Employee agrees not to engage in any business or activity
that competes with the Employer during the term of employment and for
________________________ following termination.
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Philippines.
The contract must also adhere to the Labor Code of the Philippines.
8. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior
negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Part-Time Employment
Contract as of the date first above written.
