Vibro-Distoner
Vibro-Destoner efficiently eliminates heavy particles, such as stones, magnetic and

nonmagnetic metals, mud balls etc, from paddy, cereals and other grains. Both round
particles and those with a small diameter of up to 1.75 mm as well as heavy material of
hygroscopic structure, limestones, bricks chips, glass and other contaminants are also
removed. The De-Stoner is being used successfully in rice mills, oat mills, wheat, rye, corn
milling units, in silos (grain elevators) and food processing plants of many kinds. The machine
is provided with suction system includes blower and can be supplied with cyclone, airlock as
per demand.

Vibro-Cleaner
Vibro Cleaner is having high competency aspiration system that includes Hopper aspiration
for pre-screening as well as outlet aspiration for post screening. It functions easily that
provides an air wash of the product in order to rid it of dust, loose husk and fibres.
The screens are made available with vibro cleaners that are good for removing large
impurities such as stick, buck and leaves as well as small impurities such as fine dirt and
sand from good product in seed cleaning and processing plants for cleaning of all kinds of
crops such as grain, seeds, corn, wheat, rye, soybeans, oats, millet and paddy etc. They get
managed to come with two vibrating screens where the top screen removes oversize
material while the bottom screen eliminates fine dirt and sand.

Gravity Separator
Shri Viratra gravity separator is used for separating products that are of the same size but
with a difference in specific weight. It can be used to remove rotlen immatured, bird-eaten or
broken seeds to ensure maximum quality of products.
Gravity Separator is a must to separator materials by density and hence allows processors to
select product of required quality. The gravity separator have a rectangular deck so that the
products travels a longer distance resulting in a cleaner separation of light & heavy particles
and the lowest percentage of middling.

High-capacity belt bucket elevators are used for all floury and small-sized bulk materials,

D.T. Aspirator
We are offering wide range of D.T. Aspirator that are manufactured from quality material.

The discharge falls from the hopper into the rotary airlock. Paddle wheels with rubber
extensions to keep the system hermetically sealed collect the discharge. A motor drive
rotates the paddle wheels at a specified speed and eventually the particles are evacuated
from the bottom of the system without breaking the air seal.

Seed Greader
Our fine cleaners are used for cleaning variety of seeds including garden, vegetables, herb
grass or field and cereal seeds. The grains are fed into the hopper where they are evenly
distributed by a feed roller and dropped through a control gate on the top sieve. The cleaning
capacity is increased by the highly effective feed and aspiration system of the machine,
separating some nine-tenths all-light particles before the product is delivered to the
screens. After the screen cleaning, the seed passes through the special Delta airlift system,
where tandem fans at the bottom of the machine ensure perfect separation of light seeds and
seed not capable of germinating.

Pulverizer
The pulverizer consists of an encased rotor carrying swing hammers, whizzer classifier for
fineness regulation and pressure gradient creator mounted on a solid shaft. Raw material to
be pulverized enters the crushing chamber through the hopper or the automatic rotary
feeder. The impact of the hammers on the feed material against the liner plates reduces it
into fine powder. The ground material is carried towards the whizzer classifier for
classification and the oversize particles are rejected by the classifier and returned to the
crushing chamber for further grinding. The classified material is then conveyed into the
cyclone for collection and bagging. A dust collector is provided in the system for ensuring
dust less operation and for no loss of ground powder.
