In recent years, individuals have taken different views on a perfect society and how to attain
it. I think that there are several factors contributing to an ideal society, and it can be achieved
through education and developed legislation.

From my perspective, an ideal society is a result of proper satisfaction over life and a low
level of crime. Firstly, people perceive monetary wealth as their life objective (=target=goal),
so they are willing to sacrifice everything to pursue visible materials, which is impossible to
see in an ideal society. It is true that tangible assets do not define this society, it is evaluated
by the way people treasure family, friends, and hobbies. Secondly, it is also characterized
by a safe environment that enables citizens to be less vulnerable to crimes. In = in terms of =

devices or stay alert when bypassing dilapidated buildings at night.

people have to take education and laws into account. Education plays an important role in
shaping citizens’ awareness of the world, including life satisfaction. Therefore, educators are
responsible for encouraging people to give more weight to sentimental values instead of
material wealth. In addition, an effective method to reduce crimes relies on the combination
of imposing stricter laws and training a more effective police force. This/That penalizes not
only actual offenders but also prevents potential criminals, which greatly contributes to a
civilized society with a low crime rate.
