Dear Madame;

In compliance to your directives to submit a letter of explanation why I am

not joining the activity on October 7, 2023 I hereby submit my explanation.

Since the activity fall on a Saturday I will not be able to join because it is the
only day that I can spend my quality time with my three remaining children
and attend also to the needs of my aging mother who is with us. My children
and I are not seeing each other regularly since I leave early in the morning
to go to work while they are still asleep and they arrive late at night from
school and work late in the evening while I am already asleep. While
Sundays are utilize for preparation for the week ahead. I hope that you
understand my feeling as a parent since you are also a parent.

I hope for your consideration regarding this matter.
