REGARDING THE PROGRAM

Program for: Biz Creators Club Member Students

Introduction:

We propose hosting the "Pop the Balloon Team Building Activity" for the members of the
Biz Creators Club. This engaging and interactive event is designed to foster stronger
communication, teamwork, and collaboration among our club members. By participating
in this fun and challenging activity, members will have the opportunity to improve their
problem-solving skills, enhance their interpersonal relationships, and build a more
cohesive and effective team.

Objective of Program:

The main objectives of conducting Save the Balloon are as follows:

 Improve Communication: Participants will need to communicate effectively to

coordinate their efforts and achieve the goal of popping the balloons
strategically.

 Enhance Teamwork: This activity will require members to work together, delegate
tasks, and rely on each other's strengths to succeed.

 Boost Creativity: Participants will need to think creatively to come up with unique

strategies to protect their balloons while attempting to pop others'..

Finance:
Resources Required

To successfully execute the competition, the following resources will be

required:

1. Balloons: Purchase of balloons for the activity.

2. Pins or Darts: Acquisition of pins or darts for popping the balloons.

3. Prizes: Prizes for the winning team or individuals.

Execution:

The "Pop the Balloon Team Building Activity" will be conducted as follows:

1. Formation of Teams: Members will be divided into teams, each with an equal number
of participants.

2. Balloon Allocation: Each team will be provided with a certain number of balloons that
they need to protect.

3. Objective: The objective of each team is to protect their balloons while attempting to
pop the balloons of other teams using the provided pins or darts.
