PROCEDURES
Introductory Activity ❖ SETTING THE MOOD: (Video Analysis)
Time Frame: 5 mins. ⮚ The teacher will let the learners watch a video clip showing
different physical activities.
⮚ The teacher will ask:
- What are the things you’ve seen in the video?
- Do you consider them physical fitness
activities? Why?

Activity ❖ GROUP ACTIVITY:


Time Frame:
20 mins.
1. The teacher will divide the class into two groups.
2. Let them prepare a short physical activity program depicting the
community’s health needs.
3. Learners will be given freedom to choose what activity to be performed.
4. They will present their program after 20 minutes.

Analysis ❖ EFFECTIVE DISCUSSION:


Time Frame:
10 mins.
1. The teacher will ask the group to identify what physical activity their
classmates demonstrate earlier.
2. Let them give feedback to the performance of the other group.

Abstraction
Time Frame: The teacher will ask:
5 mins. o Why do we need physical activities?
The teacher will discuss the importance of physical activity to our health
and wellness and will ask:
o What do you think will happen to the world if there
aren’t physical activities?
