Face-to-face learning methods usually only involve traditional learning
materials such as textbooks, handouts and other printed resources. An online learning session is more interactive in comparison, with many different types of interactions. So, teaching remotely requires using more digital tools. Planning and adapting materials while teaching remotely needs more time for preparation than while teaching a face-to-face lesson. Teacher has to adapt coursebook and create presentations etc. Both, teacher and students have to be digitally literate. it was really useful to learn the ways how teachers can engage parents to support remote learning. Now I know how to use different tasks and techniques to encourage my students to speak more in an online lesson and I’ve learned the ways how to overcome some common problems in remote lessons. And I liked nine stages of writing process that I'll use while teaching writing. A variety of existing techniques and methods that help to create a remote lesson really surprised me. I really liked nine stages of the writing process. Adapting materials for disabled students and coping with them during remote lessons seems to me difficult. I totally disagree with the idea of giving writing only as a home assignment without practising this skill during the lesson. As there is a huge variety of different digital tools to help, writing in the remote classroom can be more effective than in the physical classroom. I would like to know more about stages of teaching reading. Of course, I will deepen my knowledge in this topic. I'll collaborate with my colleagues and attend practical seminars. I will certainly use different tips and activities that were suggested in this module in my teaching practice. First of all, I would like to implement such activities as Story starters, Personalised descriptions, What's changed, Polls and Puppets.
