This module was really useful for me because it dealt with such important an

issue as classroom management. I develop my knowledge in using a webcam,

body language, text chat, breakout rooms and even my voice to engage, support
and manage my students. I improved my knowledge in giving clear and well-
structured instructions that help avoid misunderstanding and confusion when
setting up activities.
My main points from this module were:
1. Strategies for effective communication in a remote learning environment.
2. Tools and platforms for online teaching and collaboration.
3. Methods for maintaining student engagement and motivation.
4. The importance of creating a supportive and inclusive online learning
community.
A variety of techniques for managing remote learning surprised me a lot.

The most difficult thing for me was to separate work and my private life as I
teach remotely. But thanks to advices and techniques from the module I
understood how to do this.

I hardly disagree with anything we learnt and discussed this module. I found it
really useful and interesting.

I would like to know more about advanced techniques for creating interactive
and engaging online lessons.

To find out more about this topic I’m going to collaborate with colleagues who
have expertise in online learning to exchange ideas and insights.

To incorporate what I have learned into my teaching I’ll use different tools and
techniques. Then I’ll ask my students for feedback and adapt my teaching
methods based on their needs and experiences.

I would like to implement the “Rose, Bud & Thorn” technique on my own as
well as to try it with my colleagues and students. It can help you to monitor
your teaching progress by yourself and plan where you need to improve.
