1 Removing Existing Electrical Work

1.1 Securely removing, cleaning, storing and handing over to the PS 20,000.00
Client's (Castle Hospital) representative of all electrical item
removed in the process of the renovation.

2 Electrical Panel Boards

a Only the approved type items shall be used in the panels. Note
b The Circuit Breakers shall be ABB, Hager,Terasaki , Schneider, Note
eaton.
c The rate shall include the price for shop drawings.The shop Note
drawing of the panel shall be submitted for approval prior to the
construction of the panel and the test report shall be handed
over to the consultant before the delivery of panel to the site.

d The panels shall complete with all necessary accessories, internal Note
wiring etc..
e Supply, Installation, Testing, termination and Commissioning of Note
following Electrical Panel Boards as per the Specifications and
drawings.

Electrical Panel Boards, as per the Specifications and Drawings.

1 Nos. of Adjustable type 100A/4P/MCCB,25kA breaking

capacity
sunk mounted type Panel made out of 1.5 mm thick Zn/Al alloy
sheet, powder coated to 80-100 micron,(RAL 7032).
The rate shall include powder-coated steel enclosure, cable gland,
cable lugs, cable colour caps and all other necessary accessories
to complete the installation.
The rate shall include bus bar extensions for the incoming and
outgoing sides of the breaker, earth bar and all internal wiring
Equipment to be to the BS and European/Japanese origin.

3.0 Inspection and Testing

a The shop drawing shall be submitted prior to commencement of Note
work for the approval of consultant engineer.
