makes you to feel some assurance from them, bonding with them it helps you to feel
comfortable and feel safe from them and helps you to boost out some of your confidence to
leaves you great memories and the moment you shared, it helps improve attention, reduce
anxiety, and support emotional and behavioral regulation, to work with other people and
manage conflict, are less likely to have social and emotional difficulties later in life and
having positive friendship helps make school a fun and supportive place to be being friendly
it helps you to have a good communication with your classmates when you have problems
you can ask for help or advice and if they have a problem you can lend your shoulder to
them.

The second example of soft standard that help me as a student in our current
universities is that being active listening it help students solve problems faster, form better
relationship personally and professionally process information better and improve long term
retention it promotes mindful thinking, which can reduce anxiety and depression. It can also
help students build relationships because as they engage themselves in conversation, it
reduces misunderstanding and wasted work. It is a skill that will benefit you on the job and
help your relationship with others. Active listening also helps us to build stronger
relationship, improve communication, increase empathy and understanding. It creates sense
of trust and respect between individuals. It also requires being open-minded and non-
judgmental. Additionally, it improves critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as students
gain a deeper understanding of different perspectives and ideas.

The third examples of soft standard that help me as a student in our current
universities is that being Respectfulness listen to others and respect differences in beliefs and
opinions. Avoid gossip and any conversation that nay be considered discriminatory or
bullying. The golden rule is to treat others the way you would like to be treated. You can
show respect for your classmates, parents, teachers in many ways how you speak to them
how you behave towards them, and how you look after your belongings and the personal
belongings of others. You also need to know how to respect yourself. If you want to treat
nicely you should treat them respectfully to so that they will treat you the way you want to be
treated respecting others is nice because we have different culture and beliefs and we should
respect others so that we will live peacefully and no judgement
 The fourth example of soft standard that help me as a student in our current
universities is that being flexible an example of being flexibility is that moving between
subjects in such as transitioning from math class to language arts. It helps as to maintain a
positive attitude and approach situations with a solution-oriented mindset being flexible is
able to change your schedules it allows students to get to know, it is the ability for students to
customize how, what, when and where they learn, flexible learning can be delivered across a
variety of settings, including classroom, at home, blended approach or even a work based
study program being flexible is able to change easily according to the situation. That means
the time their focus is highly and their capability of retaining information is significant is
when they will stay their learning.

The fifth example of soft standards that helps me as a student in our current
universities is that being Empathy is the ability to take on another’s perspective to feel and
possibly share and respond to their experience. It helps as to learn acceptance from others.
Empathy allow us to understand what other people who are different from us may be feeling
empathy enables people to get on with others, whether it be a loved one, colleague, friend or
complete stranger, it is essential for developing good relationship, both in your personal life
or at work. For example, if your friend loses her iPad and feel really sad along with her, that
is empathy, you have a more personal understanding or share someone else's emotions.
Empathy is the quality of being in tune with the emotions of others having an empathy is that
you can sense the problem or you have some feelings to them

Resolution time setting goals provides milestones to work towards and achievement to
celebrate. Create a list of your assignments and tests and break each item into task. Add in
assignment, and test deadlines on the appropriate days. Then, fill in each task you'll work on
during your focus hour. Adopting a new time resolution plan, having a resolution time
enables you to accomplish your goals faster and enables you to prioritize your work when
creating a timetable, you prioritize and arrange essential task that need immediate attention.
Create a better work-life balance for examples, you may be able to focus on school
assignments each morning before heading to work and then spending time with your family
and friends in the evening. You can also set aside time each night to catch up on work before
going to bed.
 The second example of hard standard that help me as a student in our current
universities is that being response time it is all about how you response the time given to you
when answering a question, the teacher gives you a time to think and after that you may be
able to answer the question that given to you, it helps student to understand what is
appropriate and what is not, as well as the consequences for rule violations. Allowing
sufficient time enables students to think a question through before responding. The period of
silence between your question and a student response is actually a positive. Give students
with time to think and so that they understand, response time is being how your response to
them on how you to response to your colleagues setting a time to response.

The third example of hard standard that help me as a student in our current
universities is that being Wait Time being to learn to wait and make your patience long,
helping them learn to self-control and practices waiting especially when you are studying,
wait time is important in teaching because it leaves space for students and teachers to engage
in higher level complex thinking skills. Wait time allows students and teachers to formulate
thoughtful answers before speaking, wait time is not all about just waiting all the time but it
has a time limit having a wait time help us to manage our time, how we handle this kind of
challenges in life, wait time help us as a student to wait and make our patience grow more.

The fourth example of hard standard that help me as a student in our current
universities is that Delivery Time is learning that is delivered in a specific place, at a specific
time, to all student’s synchronous delivery provides students with immediate feedback from
their teachers and / or fellow learners. Delivery Time it is all about how you delivered your
answer or your questions accordingly. Delivery Time helps me to delivered my projects
according to the time given to us, delivery time it is all about where you delivered your
assignments and projects and all the things that you needed to be passed on time

The fifth example of hard standard that help me as a student in our current universities
is that Billing Accuracy billing accuracy helps me to manage my tuition bill. The tuition bill
shows all the expenses a college charges each semester including things like tuition and fees,
housing, a male plan. It helps me to manage all of my bill in school an even in the classroom
fund it helps me to manage and keep my money it helps me to learn on how to handle all
money on how to spend it helps me to learned a lot of lesson to not waste the money but save
it and spend it carefully and be careful to spend it, it helps me to learned a lot giving a time
when you pay your tuition. Your college bill is time, sensitive, so be sure to keep an eye out
