Day 1: Arrival Bangalore | Pick up from Railway Station & Transfer to the
Coorg

Arrival at Bangalore Airport/Railway station our representative greets you at the time of arrival later transfer to Coorg. On
arrival later check-in to the hotel. Evening is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Full Day Coorg Sightseeing

After the delicious breakfast, proceed to a full day sightseeing tour in and around Madikeri visiting Talakkaveri,
Nisargadhama, Tibetan Monastery and the Harangi Dam then return back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Depart from Coorg hotel and transfer to Bangalore Railway Station

After breakfast check out from Coorg hotel & later drive to the Bangalore Railway
station and drop for your onward journey.

8. Normal Houseboat Check in Time is 1100-1300 Hours and Check out time is 0900-1000 Hours.
9. Ferry for Ross Island leaves at fixed timings and request you to ensure at WSC at the given time.
10. July - August is generally rainy season in Andamans and beaches may be closed if climatic conditions are not favorable

11. We will not be held responsible for any delays in the airline leading to miss connection of your onward flights.
12. Above rate is not applicable for any surcharge date.For trade fair and any other surcharge date, additional rate would

13. Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc charged
by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. View Holiday Trip will not be held responsible for them. Above rates
are subject to change without prior notice.
14. If any airline is delayed or cancelled, View TravPage is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals,
sightseeing or any other claim.
15. If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline In this case we are not responsible (You have to
accept airline option if option was not match with the hotel and hotel part is Non refundable then you will not claim for
refund in Hotel part and you have to pay as New Rate Rate asper Subject to availability. If you are agree to confirm your
booking with revised date you have to pay difference amount as per Updated package. or you can cancel your booking.
we will refund you as per cancellation policy.
16. You cannot Claim For Refund as per Below :- (Due to Natural hazards and disasters,Due to bad weather any things
canceled by airline / Hotel/Sightseeing Flight changes at last Moment Last Minutes No show).
17. Payment should clear before 7 days of travel. Without full payment we cannot share your final voucher (Booking will be
canceled without Notice).
18. PAN card copy required for billing.
19. Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc charged
by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. View Holiday Trip will not be held responsible for them. Above rates

20. We will provide you with a similar category option in hotels that deny your booking at the last moment.
21. Gala Dinner during Christmas & New Year not included and payable directly at the hotel as per hotel policy.

CANCELATION POLICY: -

1. Land Package cancellation charges is Applicable.

2. Flight cancellation charge is applicable as per airline policy + RS 500 Agent service charge will be applicable

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOUR BOOKING IN RELATION TO COVID 19 PANDEMIC.

As these terms and conditions for tour booking in relation to COVID 19 pandemic but still it shall apply to similar situations
giving rise to an abrupt stoppage of the tour booked.
1. If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after
deducting 15% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once
the tour commences there shall be no refund.
2. We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with service providers like airlines, hotels or DMC, etc. unless they
refund us in our bank account.
3. You have to take all the precautions during the trip including repatriation expenses if you are stranded due to
suspension of service abruptly due to law enforcement at your destination or transit places. There is no guarantee of any
kind of physical or financial support during such an eventuality where the tour is affected due to pandemic-like situation.
4. Every country may issue its travel requirements, procedures prior to arrival or departure at the destination to be
followed at ports, rules for medical testing and examination, and so on, which must be followed. The company will not be
responsible if these procedures cause any hindrance in the smooth execution of tours.
5. A copy of such "Procedures for international tourists arriving to Dubai" is given hereunder for reference purposes,
however, you have to get yourself abreast with the latest update for your destination on your own by visiting official
government websites in this regard of the respective country of destination.
6. Incase Covid report positive refund or Date Change subject to Airline and hotel Final Decision 7 Negative reports you
have to Take also if you return india.
