rashes all over the body and also gave history of few other children having same
lesions in school. On examination generalized diffuse bilateral vesicular lesions

CASE
A 25 year male presented to medicine OPD with H/O high grade fever, headache,
severe joint pains, myalgia. O/E was found to have petechial rashes over the body,

A 40 year old male
presented to medicine OPD with H/O loss of appetite, malaise
and jaundice of 2 months duration. O/E there was icterus, hepatomegaly and
tenderness in the right hypochondriac region. He also gave H/O having contact

HBsAg.

Case XXVN
A 10 years old child comes to pediatric OPD with H/O fever, cough,
rashes. No H/O of immunization. O/E maculopapular lesions from head
to trunk, limbs, no lesions on palm and soles. White lesions on buccal
mucosa opposite to first molar seen.
