of his oral cavity, a whitish membrane covering much of his tongue and
palate is found.OGD Endoscopy reveals the same whitish membrane
covering esophageal mucosa.

2. A 45/M who had kidney transplantation three months back , now has an
one week history of fever with worsening headache. O/E : He has Nuchal
rigidity.MRI brain done and reveals soap bubble lesion and expansion of
perivascular Virchow robin spaces within the greymatter.

3. 65 year old female who is a diabetic discharged from hospital after being
treated for COVID-19 pneumonia.A month after she started developing
symptoms of worsening facial and periorbital pain,with proptosis and
partial loss of vision.Her ENT Surgeon ordered CT& MRI imagings of
paranasal sinuses which shows extensive right maxillary sinusitis with
necrosis and erosion with extension to right orbital region.
