Combine Declaration of “No Back Tracking”.

In terms of Railway Board’s RBE No.200 /2009 dated 12.11.2009 &

Board’s letter of even number (RBE No. 53 / 2006 ) dated 21.04.06 requests for
backtracking from the orders issued for transfer on mutual exchange basis,
should not be entertained under any circumstances and strict adherence of the
orders issued, is required to be ensured. Board have reviewed the matter and
decided that as mutual transfers are ordered with the consent of both the
parties, it should be made clear right at the time of forwarding applications for
mutual transfer that no request for backtracking from the mutual exchange
arrangement will be entertained under any circumstances.

Therefore, we hereby declared unconditionally that we will not

request for back tracking from this mutual transfer under any circumstances.

 Combine Declaration of Accepting Bottom Seniority.

In terms of Railway Board’s RBE No.8 /2019 dated 11.01.2019, in

regard to Own Request Mutual Transfer in Intermediate grade, we the
undersigned hereby unconditionally giving an written undertaking that we are
accepting reversion unconditionally and willingly in our own interest to the
recruitment grade and bottom seniority in our respective new seniority unit in
order to avoid future litigations.
