I would like to state for the record that your actions of usurpation as a public functionary in this
matter brings forth to my attention the doctrine of Idem Sonans, which is heavily prejudicing me.

You have made the presentment that the all caps name is me, however, my parents didn`t name
me that, and I don`t know where that name came from, because clearly the states name on top of
the birth certificate means the state must own it, and I don`t want to trespass on state property
because that means I`m living in sin, and I don`t want to trespass on my neighbor.

So please acknowledge that that name shall not be used in referenced to me, because I am
heavily prejudiced, fatally, in fact, and I would go so far as to say that if I was that name, I would
have none of my substantive rights or civilian modes of process, and that would be a travesty for
you and your department/ agency, and I am going to hold you and your department / agency
liable if they move against me under a presumption that I am the same as that name.
