Introduction
We will talk about some places where occur extreme conditions in the world. Also
we will talk some characteristics about how is live everyday with these extreme
weather and extreme conditions.

● The coldest place in the world


Oymyakan in Siberia is consider the coldest permanently populated place on the
planet. It registered its lowest temperature in 1933, when the thermometers
marked -67.8oC.
Winter lasts 9 months and usually schools closed because the temperature falls
below -55°C
● Record for the coldest place.
Vastok Station Antartic is a place in the world with have a record for the coldest
place. On July 21,
1983 the weather falls on -89.2°C. This is a place with less than 1000 inhabitants.
● The hottest place in the word
The Sonoran desert is the hottest place on the entire planet. It registered
temperatures of 80.8oC in 2021. Recently, NASA scientists have observed that
Mexico is the country that has warmed the fastest in the world as a result of the
climate crisis.

● The wettest inhabited place on the whole planet.
Deep in the lush hills of Meghalaya State in northern India, Mawsynram ha the
wettest inhabited place on the whole planet. Most comes with the onset of the
monsoon between June and October, when warm air from the south is forced up
by the ridges of the Indian Himalaya.

● The most dangerous place on the planet: The island of snakes in Brazil
The Isla de la Quemada Grande, known as the island of snakes, is located in
Brazil, and is one of the most dangerous places on earth due to the large number
of Bothrops insularis snakes that inhabit it, one of the most poisonous species in
the world. The entrance to this island is completely restricted for tourists.

● Dustiest Place In The World


Located in the northern parts of Chad and the eastern parts of the Sahara desert is
this place that holds the current position for the dustiest place in the world. It is so
dusty that the very air you breathe is poisonous. In this place there are incredible
sandstorms that could be dangerous for people.
● Place With The Most Active Volcano In The World
In Hawaii USA there are many active volcanoes such as Mauna Loa and Kilauea
volcanoes. Specially Kilauea volcano is currently the most active volcano in the
world. In 2018, the volcano erupted, blowing poisonous fumes into the air, shaking
the earth with vibrations, and sending over 10930C of boiling lava.
